Homemade Jams & Jellies
Meet the Ladies Behind the Jam
Nikki is a Coast Guard wife and is currently living in Fredericksburg, Virginia with her husband and three boys. Though canning was a family tradition growing up in Texas, it was not until the Fall of 2012 when she got her hands sticky and made her first batch with Anna. Like all great pairs, Nikki's knack for flavor combinations is the perfect fit with Anna's kitchen prowess to make Weebie Jammin flavors unique and delicious.
Anna is a Navy wife and resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband and two little girls. As a Tennessee native, she grew up in the kitchen, baking and cooking, establishing a love for both. She is the "kitchen queen" in our little duo and introduced Nikki to the delightful canning fun that has become Weebie Jammin.
It all began in a Chesapeake kitchen as friends became "besties" while making apple butter one fine fall day in 2012. Just a couple of stay-at-home moms bonding over apples, music, and lots of laughter! The following summer, the canning tradition continued with strawberry picking and jamming. As we "jammed," we added lemon zest, vanilla, and other goodies to each batch to create one-of-a-kind flavors. We loved what we tasted! Because we had an abundance of strawberries, and in turn jams, we thought we'd share at an upcoming holiday market. It was there that we sold our first jar of jam in the Fall of 2013. We were pleasantly surprised by the overwhelming response from interested attendees, and couldn't help but turn our fun into this little business.
Each batch is created with love and locally purchased fresh ingredients. Our hope is for you to enjoy our jams and jellies as much as we enjoy making them.
